Design and build
Up to six pages, designed around your business and built to load quickly and work well on phones, tablets and computers.
Writing
Every page is written for you by a professional author, based on an interview about your business and the information you provide.
Contact form and essential SEO
A working contact form, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap and the other basics that help search engines understand your site.
Launch
We can publish the finished site to hosting and a domain in your name, or hand the files to whoever manages your hosting.

Apply
Choose "Free website program" on our contact form and tell us about your organization, who you serve and why a new website would help. Apply by October 23, 2026.
Selection
We review every application and contact the three organizations we select by October 30, 2026.
Build and launch
We schedule each project, write and design your site, make one round of revisions and launch it on your own domain.
Program terms

Who can apply
- Businesses and nonprofit organizations based in the United States.
- The person applying must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the organization.
- One application per organization.
- Employees and relatives of Grow Online's owners are not eligible.
How to apply
Submit the contact form on this website with "Free website program" selected, by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, October 23, 2026. Late applications will not be considered. Applying is free and does not require you to buy anything.
How we choose
This is not a random drawing. Grow Online selects up to three applicants based on the information in their applications, including how much a new website would help the organization, how ready it is to take part, and whether the project fits the scope below. Our decisions are final. We may select fewer than three applicants, or none.
We will notify the selected applicants by email by October 30, 2026. Each must accept within five business days, or we may offer the place to another applicant. We will email every applicant who is not selected. We may also tell you about other ways we can help, such as a discounted website package. You can tell us at any time that you do not want to hear from us again.
What is included
- A website of up to six pages, similar in size and complexity to growonlineinc.com.
- Design, writing and build, including a contact form and essential SEO.
- One round of revisions after you review the complete site.
- Publishing the site to hosting and a domain in your name, if you would like us to.
- Correction of any errors in our own work reported within 30 days of launch.
What is not included
- Online booking, payments, online stores, member logins, blogs or content management systems, and integrations with other software.
- Logo design, branding, photography and translation.
- Ongoing updates, maintenance, social media or SEO after launch. These are available at our regular rates if you want them, and you are under no obligation to buy them.
Costs you are responsible for
Our time is free. You are responsible for every outside cost connected with the website, now and in the future, including your domain name, hosting, email, licensed photos or fonts, and any other third-party services. All of these accounts are opened in your organization's name and paid for by you.
Your part
- Name one contact person who can make decisions for your organization.
- Provide the information, logo, photos and account access we ask for, and review drafts within seven days of receiving them.
- If we do not hear from you for 14 days, we may end your project and offer the place to another applicant.
Launch
The finished website must go live on your organization's own domain within 30 days of our delivering it. If it does not, we may end the project, and you will not have the right to use the design or writing we created.
Ownership and credit
Once the website is live on your domain, the design, code and writing belong to your organization. You agree that Grow Online may show the website, describe the project and name your organization in our portfolio and marketing, and you allow a small "Website by Grow Online" credit in the site's footer. We may also ask for a short testimonial, which you are free to decline.
Other conditions
- The program has no cash value. It cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for other services.
- We may decline any application, and we may change or end the program before selections are made.
- This program is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social media platform where it is announced.
- We handle the information in your application as described in our privacy policy.
